Accommodation

Your cat will have fully a fully insulated cabin, which is cool in the summer months and heated in the winter months. 

If your cat has some favorite bedding or a basket, perhaps just a box they sleep in, please do not hesitate to bring it along as there is plenty of room in the cabin. 

From the spacious runs, your cat can see it's neighbours through the perspex sneeze barrier.  We have toys for the kittens, and find the older cats enjoy a bit of bird watching!  However, we do encourage you to bring favorite playthings including scratching posts. 

If your cat - or especially kittens - are very active, why not try one of our nine De-Lux runs, which combines the regular run with an outside extension doubling the area.

Food

Adult cats are fed twice a day, unless you ask otherwise. Older cats and kittens are fed according to individual needs.

We stock a wide range of cat foods, but if your cat has a favorite, let us know and we will have it in stock when they arrive. 

Health

This is our prime concern over the period that your cat will be at Town Furlong. Sneeze barriers and scrupulous disinfection minimise the risk of ill health, together with a thorough daily cleaning programme of your cat's cabin and run.

If your cat requires regular medication such as pills or diabetes care, we care more than competent in providing this service.

Should the need arise, we will call in a veterinary surgeon whenever we consider it advisable.  Isolation cabins are available if required. Veterinary Insurance is included up to the value of £35.00 for cats under the age of 10, but will not include existing conditions.

Collection and Return

Collection and return is available for a small fee, which covers our time and transport costs.  We pick up and by mutual arrangement.
